1. Program Description

Port City Tag & Title operates an SMS messaging program to send transactional and informational text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, office hour notifications, and other information related to our motor vehicle tag and title services located at 700 Wise Ave, Suite B, Dundalk, MD 21222.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Port City Tag & Title by:

• Providing your mobile phone number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent box;
• Texting a designated keyword to our business number; or
• Verbally consenting at our office location.

The following consent language is used on our website and in-person forms when collecting opt-ins:

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Your mobile phone number and any information collected in connection with this SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

9. No Mobile Information Sharing

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
